Shipping policy

Normal processing time takes 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri)

Shipping is calculated at check-out based on order size and location. Our warehouse is located in Clinton/New Hartford, NY. Our various shipping methods are listed below.

Standard Ground:

Standard Ground orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive between 2-6 days depending on location from our warehouse location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

Second Day:

Second Day is only available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. This delivery option will be processed the same day and arrive in two business days if orders placed are before 11 am EST. Orders placed after 11 am EST will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive within two business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping promotions are not eligible on second day shipping.

Next Day:

Next Day is only available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11 am EST on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 11 am EST will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping promotions are not eligible on same day shipping.
